This class is all about mastering gluten free pasta making! You’ll get hands on experience of making pasta dough, learn the art of making different pasta shapes as well as tips and techniques for hand and machine rolling, finishing with a tasting of fresh cooked pasta. This class is a mixture of hands on and demo.

You’ll get to take home your own ball of pasta dough ready for shaping and cooking plus a copy of our Goodness Me it’s Gluten Free PASTA cookbook!

Description

  • This class is suitable for children 10yrs upwards, must be accompanied by a participating adult also with a ticket. What a great chance to enjoy learning to make pasta together!
  • Please note that classes need a minimum number of people to run. If by the Monday prior to the class minimum numbers are not reached, the class will be cancelled and your ticket will be refunded in full.
  • Once we confirm a class is going ahead (Mon prior) if you are subsequently unable to attend the class you booked there will be no refund as costs will have been incurred by us in preparation for the class.
  • All classes are held in Tauranga, New Zealand at a venue with free onsite parking.
