Whether you are a complete beginner or an accomplished cook wanting to add to your recipe repertoire, our cooking classes will give you the confidence to create delicious gluten free dishes in your own home.

Our recipes are designed with the home cook in mind, utilizing budget-friendly ingredients and common kitchen equipment. All recipes are gluten free and are also wheat, soy, potato and nut flour free (unless making a specific recipe using almond flour or peanuts). Sometimes our recipes are also dairy or egg free and this will be noted for each individual class.

Our classes are typically held locally in our home town of Tauranga, New Zealand.



This is a one-on-one session covering the basics of gluten free cooking and baking, understanding how to work with gluten free flours, how to read labels at the supermarket and other safe supermarket shopping tips, substituting ingredients and converting recipes. Please note this class will be mostly discussion and may involve a supermarket trip for those that would like to. We may also make one simple recipe so you can see first hand how to bake with gluten free ingredients e.g. scones or muffins.

Date: 2hr session at a mutually agreed date and time
Location: This session is designed to be held either in your home or at a local cafe
