“12 months ago I was struggling with a ‘wheat free’ diet. I did not like the gluten free bread available, and any baking I did was so disappointing. Then I saw a notice about the Gluten free and allergy show and I found your stall and your cookbooks. These books have changed my life – the bread was better than anything I could buy, and at last I was able to make successful biscuits, muffins and cakes. I had never made pasta, but soon learned and have found it much better than the dried version. All this is to say a sincere and heartfelt thank you for your books”.

“I purchased your cookbook last week. I was diagnosed with Coeliac disease a year ago. Prior to my diagnosis I was a regular home baker. Since my diagnosis I have tried many recipes both with purely substituting gluten free flour mixes and other gluten free recipes. I have had very mixed results with both which can be very disheartening. So far I have only tried the blueberry muffin recipe from your book. It was the nicest recipe I have come across since being gluten free and I would go as far as saying one of the nicest blueberry muffin recipes I have ever baked (and there have been many over the years!). My two children (one who is gluten intolerant) wolfed them down as did my gluten eating husband. They were so nice I made a second batch today! Same reaction. I look forward to trying many of your other recipes in the coming weeks and months!”

“The cherry and coconut cookies were yummy, good texture and taste and they were not as hard as rocks like often gluten free things are. My husband said they are the nicest gf cookies he has had! I tried the Dainty Cookies too, with jam on the top, and these too were a success. Both biscuits were still nice a week later. The chocolate brownie was very moist, I had made it with carob though but it froze well and so my hubby that likes his pudding could defrost a piece and have it with gf icecream! I have tried lemon meringue pie and this was simply heaven!!! The base, filling and meringue. Well done on a book with very successful gf recipes. I don’t bother to bake anything other than gf now, I just eat gf myself too, makes things more simple!!”

“Made the chocolate cake yesterday, even nicer than the one I make for my hubby normally, so now I have to share it, It was so easy to make, thank you for this book..today I will try the bread…”

“I am having fun finally finding recipes in your amazing book that I can cope with and work out so delicious – even if I do say so myself. The Louise Cake was a big hit as were the Chocolate Brownies, Date Slice and the Lemon Shortcake. I can’t wait to try all the other cakes. I really feel that there is a light at the end of this tunnel and we aren’t going to have to live without a decent bit of cake for the rest of our lives.
The bread (which I was so nervous about due to many previous disasters) has turned out beautifully using a couple of loaf tins I already have. I am now seriously considering purchasing your super-dooper tin though in view of my family’s compliments about the loaves I’ve produced so far…Once again, thank you so so much for your wonderful book – and good luck in Paris.”

“Just letting you know I’m buying my second Goodness Me GlutenFree Cookbook for me this time! I purchased the first book for my daughter’s birthday. My daughter rang me & was ‘whinning’ as only a daughter can do, that she could no longer make quiche as she couldn’t find a gluten free pastry recipe ‘that worked’ so that she didn’t have to ‘scrape it’ off’ the bench & attempt to get it into the quiche dish in one piece!
Both my daughter & her partner love to cook together, Yes he’s a boy that cooks! They’ve been loving trying out all the baking recipes as well. Staging ‘cookins’ baking several recipes on a Sunday afternoon instead of ‘gallavanting around’ as young ‘ 20 somethings’ tend to do.
So thank you so much for producing this book.”

“Lemon Meringue pie is Jamie’s favorite so I decided to make up your baking blend mix and do the recipe from the world famous cookbook. Just had to tell you how well it turned out and how delicious it tasted. Lots of compliments.”

“Just a short note to say thank you for your great recipes that even I can cook!!! They are all delicious. The breads outlast and out taste any other gluten free breads that I have tried over the past four years of being on the diet.”

“I just like to let you know that I’m highly pleased with how the bread turned out. Also the tin is superb.”

“I made my first loaf (of bread) yesterday and am absolutely delighted with it. A great product that tastes good with marg and jam as well as toasted.”
Erin – Auckland, N.Z.
“Thanks for your bread blends they have been a God send. The size of the loaf is the best, being so big makes it great for sandwiches and toast. I will certainly be giving you a high recommendation to anyone I hear who is looking for a gluten/wheat free bread.”
